 Villa Lucia prides itself in a relaxing, rustic atmosphere. Our guest rooms are a wonderful mixture of antique charm and modern comforts. Each room has been meticulously renovated and is furnished with cherry wood furniture, wrought iron bed frames, comfortable mattresses, handmade quilts and terra cotta tiled floors. For the convenience of our guests, bathrooms have hair-dryers and linens, and the bedrooms have telephones, air-conditioning, and robes upon request. Guests can also enjoy a traditional Italian "nightcap" from their very own decanter of Vin Santo.  The Farmhouse The farmhouse offers three guestrooms with queen size beds, two with king beds and one twin guestroom. There is also a family room with a baby grand piano, satellite television (including five English channels), a video\DVD player and a library of videos, DVDs and books in English. The main house or together with the three on premise apartments are available for weekly and monthly rentals. 185-200€ per night depending on room 5.500€ for weekly rental 20.000€ for monthly rental 30.000€ for both farm house and 3 apartments  Chicken and Rabbit Coop Apartments The renovated chicken and rabbit coops can accommodate parties of 1-3 guests or the two coop apartments can be connected to accommodate a total of 6. 225€ per night, double\triple occupancy  
Barn Apartment This consists of a room with a king bed, bathroom, kitchenette and a small alcove with a full bed- perfect for a small family. 225€ per night, double\triple occupancy  Rates are based on double occupancy (unless otherwise noted) and include daily breakfast, use of farmhouse family room, library, pool, taxes and services. Requests for specific rooms are subject to availability. Reservations can be secured with a 50% deposit via credit card or wire transfer. Final payment is to be made upon check out.
