OUR COOKING CLASSES...
Buona e Sana
A five-day course combines lessons in the traditional methods of the Tuscan region, daily preparation of meals and off site excursions to local artisans such as chocolate makers, wineries, and olive oil mills. An additional offering is a day trip to Modena to study and view the production of prosciutto, Parmigiano and the making of Balsamic- a truly gastronomical experience.
1250€ per person includes accommodations, most meals, an average of 4 hours per day of cooking lessons, and transportation to scheduled off site activities.
Optional trip to Modena: 50€ + Transportation

Private daily cooking classes are offered upon request.
80€ per person includes a 3-4 hour cooking course and the meal prepared by the attendees.
